Make the most out of your visit to Naples. To help you, we’ve put together some exciting activities, and tours that you can add to your schedule. These unique events are designed to be both fun, and informative

Monday, February 27

Florida Everglades (Box lunch provided)
Departure: 12:45 PM (return to hotel by 5:00 PM)
Cost: $185

Experience the finest Everglades airboat tour the city has to offer. The tour ventures out into the swampy marshlands of Southwest Florida. Spot alligators, exotic birds and more. After the airboat ride, you’ll take in a live alligator show and then visit the animal sanctuary.

This activity takes place outdoors. Comfortable clothing and sunscreen is recommended.

Kayak Tour
1:00 PM
Cost: $165 Per Person

Your guides will create a memorable experience while paddling through the mangrove forests to see and hear the beauty of SWFL! On this 2 hour journey, your guides will show you the mystery of the River and Bay while soaking up the sun!

Backwater Fishing

Cost: $185 (includes continental breakfast)

Enjoy the spectacular views of the tropical mangrove islands and other exotic plants and creatures as you make your way to your captain’s favorite fishing holes to reel in the catch of the day such as mangrove snapper, sheepshead, redfish, snook, tripletail, jack, sea trout, tarpon and catfish.

LaPlaya Golf Course was designed by internationally renowned golf course architect Bob Cupp. The course features 18 holes of championship golf, allowing die-hard golfers to test their mettle on the par-72 course, surrounded by lush tropical vegetation and an impressive collection of manicured greens.

Wave Runner Tour

There is no better way to explore the Naples area than on a top of the line Yamaha Wave Runner Personal Watercraft! Whether you are a beginner or experienced rider, our eco-trained guides travel with you on a two-hour unforgettable tour with up close experiences with playful dolphins, manatees and many bird species while cruising past the homes and condos on the Estero Bay. On the return, if the gulf waters are flat and calm, you can fulfill your “need for speed” or just cruise along the picturesque coast. You’ll have the opportunity to see wildlife in the bay water, so be sure to bring a camera (waterproof) to capture the memories.

Edison & Ford Winter Estates Tour
Depart: 1:00 PM Return by 5:30 PM

In 1885, Thomas Edison built his winter home in Ft.Myers and in 1916, his good friend, Henry Ford, purchased a home next door. This is your opportunity to join the 225,000 people annually that make this location one of the ten most visited historic homes in the nation.

The guided tour, led by enthusiastic site historians, includes the Edison main, guest and caretaker’s house, the Ford Estate and the Edison Botanic Research Lab. Group participants will enjoy stories about the great inventors, Thomas Edison & Henry Ford and their families. Visitors will see the 1929 historic landscape, evident throughout the entire property, including the award-winning Moonlight Garden. The Estates offers visitors of all ages to step back into “old Florida” and learn more about the world through unique historical, scientific and cultural experiences.
