Course Registration
The AESF Foundation encourages advance registration.
On-site registration, in most cases, is not available. Your
registration fee covers materials and coffee breaks. Lunch
is on your own. Hotel accommodations are not
included. Course registration fees for the Home
Study Program or On-Site Training do not include
exam fees.
Cancellation Policy
In order to receive a refund for any registrations made by
phone, FAX, mail or via the website, you must put your cancellation
request in writing.
10 or more working days before the start of a course
or workshop: Full refund
6–9 working days before the start of a course or
workshop: $50 service charge
5 or fewer working days before the start of a course or
workshop: No refund
If you do not attend and do not notify AESF Foundation
headquarters: No refund
If you, personally, are not a Tier 7 NASF member,
please pay the non-member rate. Payment of registration fee
conveys right to attend only. No video taping or recording
allowed. Circumstances may make it necessary to cancel a course or
workshop or substitute other qualified instructors. Please
consider this when arranging transportation; the AESF
Foundation cannot assume responsibility for non-refundable
tickets. If the course or workshop is not held, for any reason,
the liability of the AESF Foundation is limited to a refund of the
registration fee only.
