The AESF Foundation Financial Aid Program

The AESF Foundation continues to expand its resources by offering a Financial Aid Program. In 2010 the Foundation is offering ten $500 financial aid packages to NASF Individual and Corporate members. **The packages are available to members registering for the four-day Electroplating and Surface Finishing course in either Grand Rapids, MI June 14-17 or in California, November 1-4.**

What are the qualifications for interested applicants?
• The Financial Aid Program is available to NASF Individual and Corporate Members.
• The individual/company applying must be registering for a four-day 2010 Electroplating and Surface Finishing Course.
• The individual/company applying must demonstrate in the application a financial need for applying to the program.

What is the amount of the award?
The AESF Foundation will award 10 financial aid packages in 2010 for $500 each.

What is the deadline, and when will the winners be notified?
Electroplating and Surface Finishing 4-Day Course – Grand Rapids, MI June 14-17 – Deadline for Application
April 14 – Notified by May 1 (5 Financial Aid Packages Awarded)

Electroplating and Surface Finishing 4-Day Course – California, November 1-4 – Deadline for Application August 15 – Notified by September 1 (5 Financial Aid Packages Awarded)

Can a company have more than one Financial Aid Recipient?
For the first year only one Financial Aid package will be awarded per company.
